the room was small, bland, and lacked any views of the surrounding area. While the shower did work and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom towels provided were meager, and the toiletries felt cheap. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing truly stood out. We did find the location to be convenient, with easy access to transportation.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful. the receptionist provided misinformation regarding the hotel's facilities and was not welcoming towards us.

Stayed for one night and overall, had a pretty good experience. The staff was helpful and breakfast was a solid option to start the day. The air conditioning in the room was fantastic for the hot weather. The view from the pool on the top floor was excellent and offered some great views of the surrounding area.

The service wasn't great. The reception guy gave some incorrect information which caused some frustration.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. the pool had a nice view of the city, and the breakfast was included in the price of the stay. the hotel was located in a convenient spot near restaurants and shops.

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all. We had a problem with the hot water in our shower and it took hours for someone to come and fix it.
